
Op. Dr. Abdulhalim İş
He was admitted to Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2003 and graduated in 2009 after completing six years of medical education.
In 2009, he briefly worked as a research assistant in the Department of Physiology at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. In 2010, he served for a short period in Iğdır as part of his compulsory public service.
In April 2010, he started his residency training at the ENT Department of Istanbul Taksim Training and Research Hospital and worked there between 2010 and 2014.
During his ENT residency, in addition to intensive training in ENT diseases and surgery, he also received comprehensive training in all emergency surgical treatments in the Emergency Department.
In January 2015, he completed approximately 15 months of compulsory service at Van Erciş State Hospital and then continued to work at the same hospital for another three years.
As a result of his significant service to the region, he was awarded a certificate of achievement by the District Governorship. In 2019, he left Erciş, where he had worked for many years, and started working at Kocaeli Darıca Farabi Training and Research Hospital in the ENT Department.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, which affected the whole world starting at the end of 2019, he worked devotedly in all field areas for the treatment of COVID-19 patients.
As of June 2022, he has been providing healthcare services to his patients at his clinic located on Bağdat Avenue in Kadıköy, Istanbul. He is married to Dr. Seval Develi İş and is the father of a daughter named İdil.
